The Ghost in Her is The first book of Ungilded series by Anika Savoy. This is Paranormal Romance! Follow Maggie journey to save her nephew, no one can see what she see as a psychic in gilded era. Maggie has to learn and accept her ability also who she is. I receive this book from NetGalley as Arc's. 

Synopsis:

What I Think: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is an interesting book, took place in New York City 1888, in era when you can see ghost and other creatures you will get into asylum. From Maggie eyes she describe ghost, fairy, goblin, angel, witch and many creatures. Not only beauty thing the ugly too.


Maggie not only can see things, she have other ability too. She must learn how to use and control her powers. Maggie doesn’t know how powerful she is, sometime when heartache to much she want to Hex her enemy but she forbit it she doesn’t want darkness control her.




Maggie and Gershom love story was unique. They meet in unusual way, love for first sight for Gershom, he doesn’t know her name and call her Andromeda. What a surprise when they meet again in Gershom father store. At first Gershom understand Maggie ability but one incident make him doubt Maggie sanity and shake his love, I annoyed how easy he doubt her. Whyyyy oh why Maggie forgive him so easily!


What I Love: 💖💖💖💖💖

    I love Maggie journey! Through her eye I see many creatures in details! I love Carnegie family ghosts who act as spirit guide for Maggie, helping and guide her. I really nervous when Maggie in asylum and meet mean dragon woman who life in that island as a warden for thousand years! This book share many POV from different characters. I love mystery in this book, slowly uncover one by one, who Maggie really is.



Hot Scene: ðŸ”¥ðŸ”¥

    No there is no hot scene in this book. I enjoy Gershom approach Maggie, how polite and gentleman, the date really sweat.
